The location was particularly good and impressive, not far from the ruins as well as the shops. Besides, it was within 15 minutes walk from St Paul's Church. The breakfast had variety of options and coffee and milk were good!

The rooms were modern and up-to-date with a stunning balcony view of greenery, a park, and a lake. the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast provided fresh croissants, coffee/tea, and cereal. the location was ideal, with shops nearby and easy access to the path leading to a famous mountaintop attraction. a delightful experience!
The courtyard entrance could be intimidating in the dark. the lack of air conditioning made the nights uncomfortable, especially with the noise from the busy street.

Its location was impressive in the park across the street. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Chipstop to relax and grab some food. The idea to include a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator in the guest room was nice...

The host was incredibly polite and even offered to pick me up from the train station. The B&B is located in a beautiful old building with a stunning view of greenery, a park, and a lake from the balcony. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with a huge marble bathroom and comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, including croissants, coffee, tea, and cereal. The location is great, close to town and with free parking available in a safe courtyard. The B&B offers a range of amenities, including a snack bar, coffee shop, and a children's play area. my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to return. The host was also excellent, providing a warm welcome and making me feel at home.

The rooms were modern and sleek, with a huge marble bathroom that made us feel so fancy. Plus, the WiFi was surprisingly strong for Italy. The best part was the view from our balcony - a stunning green park and a lake. It was the perfect spot for Instagram-worthy pics. we had a blast and can't wait to go back!
The only thing we would've loved to have at the B&B Boteroom is a cool hangout area for young, party-going people like us. It would've been awesome to have a common space where we could chill and meet other amazing travelers.

I recently stayed at a B&B located in a busy commercial building with a safe courtyard for parking. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, although a bit noisy due to thin walls. The view from the little balcony was lovely, overlooking a park where I enjoyed watching the world go by. The artwork and painted doors added a nice touch to the ambiance. The location of the B&B was great, with easy access to Montecassino.

A charming stay in what could easily be mistaken for a haunted building. Free WiFi is a plus, especially when trying to drown out the noise from the constant traffic below. The proximity to the university facilities was.thrilling.
Who needs a proper breakfast when you can indulge in prepackaged ring donuts and crispy toast bread slices? It's the breakfast of champions, or at least of this "hotel".

The rooms at B&B Boteroom are so spacious and have balconies where you can relax and enjoy the lovely view of the Town Park. It's the perfect spot to rest, sunbathe, or just treat yourself to some beautiful scenery. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the calm and peaceful atmosphere.
While I enjoyed my stay at B&B Boteroom, there was one small aspect that I didn't personally love. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy.
